Instruction for use:

  1. Arrives Frozen and  Store in freezer at (-18°C) or below.
  2. Heat the Goodrich Truffle Cream on medium heat(stir often to avoid scorching)until it comes to boil.
  3. Remove from the flame and chopped dark chocolate (min 40% or more).
  4. Preferably pass the mixture through a soup strainer to remove any lumps.
  5. The truffle needs to be rested 12 hrs. At below 25°C to set.
  6. Can be heated to maximum of 45°C for application purposes.
  7. Unused product must be refrigerated..
