Method of Use
Instruction for use:
Arrives Frozen, Store in freezer at (-18°C) or below.
Thaw under refrigeration for 24 to 36hrs before use at +2°C to +7°C .
Heat the product between 25°C to 27°C for filling/layering & 34°C to 36°C for glazing applications.
Unopened; best to be used within 5 days, when stored between +2°C to +25°C.
Opened; best to be used within 4 days, when stored between +2°C to +25°C.
Not recommended to heat the product beyond +45°C.
