Instruction for use:

  1. Arrives Frozen, Store in freezer at (-18°C) or below.
  2. Thaw under refrigeration for  24 to 36hrs before use at +2°C to +7°C .
  3. Heat the product between  25°C to 27°C for filling/layering & 34°C to 36°C for glazing applications.
  4. Unopened; best to be used within 5 days, when stored between +2°C to +25°C.
  5. Opened; best to be used within 4 days, when stored between +2°C to +25°C.
  6. Not recommended to heat the product beyond +45°C.
