Instruction for use:

  1. Arrives Frozen, Store in freezer at (-18°C) or below.
  2. Thaw under refrigeration at (+2°C to +7°C) for 24 to 36hrs before use.
  3. Shake well before use. Pour into chilled bowl (should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity).
  4. Colors, flavors, or sweeteners should ideally be added while whipping.
  5. Whip moderately till soft peaks form.
  6. Whipped product must be store under refrigeration.
  7. Do not re-freeze unwhipped product.
