Maxrich C-504 1000 g 1000 g
Water 4000 g 3500 g
Sugar 4000 g 3500 g
Refined Wheat Flour (Maida) 4000 g 3500 g
Goodrich Cake Gel 100 g 50 g
Oil 500 g 500 g

 

  • Place Water and Sugar in mixing bowl and dissolve it.
  • Add Goodrich Cake Gel in Mixing bowl and whisk it at high speed for 1 minute.
  • Dry Blend 1kg. Maxrich C-504 and Refined Wheat Flour (Maida). Add to above mix at slow speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Scale the batter and whisk at high speed for 4 minutes.
  • Reduce the mixing speed and pour the required quantity of oil to the batter and whisk at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scale the batter in to well-greased cake Molds.
  • Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
