Maxrich B-504	1000 g	1000 g
Water	6000 g	5000 g
Sugar	5000 g	4000 g
Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)	6500 g	5500 g
Goodrich Cake Gel	250 g	250 g
Oil	700 g	500 g

Place Water and Sugar in mixing bowl and dissolve it.
Add Goodrich Cake Gel in Mixing bowl and whisk it at high speed for 1 minute.
Dry Blend 1kg. Maxrich B-504 and Refined Wheat Flour (Maida). Add to above mix at slow speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Scale the batter and whisk at high speed for 4 minutes.
Reduce the mixing speed and pour the required quantity of oil to the batter and whisk at slow speed for 1 minute.
Scale the batter in to well-greased cake Molds.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
