Recipe: –

Goodrich Egg Free Mawa Cake Premix       1000 g

Water/Milk                                                        320 g

Edible Vegetable Oil                                          500 g

Nuts (Optional)                                                 250 g

Method: –

  • Add Goodrich Egg Free Mawa Cake Premix  with water or milk.
  • Add Edible Vegetable Oil & mix it at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrap & mix at slow speed for 3 minutes.
  • Add Nuts (Optional)
  • Pour in to Baking Pans & Bake at 175°C until Baked.
