Recipe: –

Goodrich Egg Free Chocolate Cake Premix                     1k g

Water                                                                                      550 g

Edible Vegetable Oil                                                           50 g

Method: –

  • Add Goodrich Egg Free Chocolate Cake Premix into Water at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Then mix it on high speed for 2 minutes.
  • Add oil slowly and mix it for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Place the batter into Mold and bake it for 30-35 minutes at 170°C to 180°
