Recipe: –

Goodrich Choco Lava Cake Premix                    1000 g

Water                                                                        450 g

Edible Vegetable Oil                                              450 g

Method: –

  • Take Goodrich Choco Lava Cake Premix, Oil and water in a mixing Bowl.
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed with a flat blade.
  • Scrap the batter and mix for 3 minutes.
  • Place in a muffin shape cup and bake at 230°C for 8-10 minutes.
