Recipe: –

Goodrich Egg Free Brownie Premix                     1000 g

Water                                                                         400 g

Edible Vegetable Oil                                               300 g

Nuts & Chocolate Chips (Optional)                     250 g

Method: –

  • Mix Goodrich Egg Free Brownie Premix, Water & oil at slow speed for 1-2 minutes with paddle.
  • Fold Nuts & Chocolate Chips into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into greased baking tins.

Baking Temperature        180°C
