Recipe: –

Goodrich Egg Free Vanilla Cake Premix                       1k g

Water                                                                                 500 g

Edible Vegetable Oil                                                         50 g

Method: –

  • Add Goodrich Egg Free Vanilla Cake Premix and Water in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrap the batter and mix for 2 minutes at high speed.
  • Add oil slowly in the batter and mix it for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Place the batter into Mold and bake it for 30-35 minutes at 170°C to 180°
